Our photographic prints shown are provided with a shopping cart through Pay Pal. Prints can be ordered through the checkout system with most charge cards. If you prefer to pay with a money order or cashiers check, (sorry no personal checks are accepted) press the "Print This Page" button at the top of the form. Fill out the form and add $6.50 shipping & handling per order. NC Residents add 6.75% sales tax and mail the form with payment to The Camera Angle, PO Box 17, Madison, NC 27025-0017. Due to the large number of images on file, the prints are made as the orders are received. Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping. (Most orders should be shipped sooner.)
